These automated scores do not constitute legal proof or formal certification of copyright infringement.
ImageGuard interacts with third-party platforms (including TikTok) strictly through official OAuth flows and authorized data access interfaces. ImageGuard does not bypass platform authentication, anti-bot systems, rate limits, or private access controls.
Evidence records and dossiers exported through ImageGuard are for internal investigative and review purposes. Users must independently verify all findings before issuing legal notifications.
